This International Firm with a major Dallas office seeks a 2-3 year associate.  I have placed with the Dallas Corporate group previously and I know them quite well.  I am very confident that I can get an offer for you.  The work is a mix of M&A and Capital Markets, but they do not expect you to have experience with both yet.  The key partner has a very large book of business and is the leader of the U.S. Corporate practice group .  The Dallas office is a very important and very powerful part of this firm.  Having powerful partners in your corner will be important when you are up for partner.  The practice group in Dallas is small though and you will get tremendous responsibility early and often.  They pay top of the market.
